Grant, 19, who listed an address in the 300 block of East Kerr Avenue, Urbana, went into a home in the 500 block of West Main Street in Urbana at 11:43 p.m. Saturday with the intent to commit theft.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAccording to an Urbana police report, Grant allegedly took a Super Mario DS cartridge, a Super Mario Bros. <span id=\"more-21008\"><\/span>game, a Sony PlayStation 3 gaming system, a Nintendo DS system, a Pokemon DS game cartridge, a Nintendo Wii controller and nunchuck and an SD card.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tUrbana police interrupted the burglary and arrested Grant following a brief foot chase.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tOn Monday Grant pleaded innocent to residential burglary, a Class 1 felony.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tGrant\u2019s bond was set at $5,000.
