The Greek company METKA is building the plant for the project company RWE &#038; Turcas Guney Elektrik Uretim, in which RWE holds a 70 per cent stake and Turkas 30 per cent. Start of commercial operation slated for 2012.<\/p>\n<p>The new combined-cycle power plant with an installed capacity of approximately 775 MW will be located on the outskirts of Denizli in west Anatolia, a region with strong economic growth.
