In August, White called about 240 potential jurors to the courthouse to fill out questionnaires and tell them to avoid any media reports about the case &#8211; in an effort to protect the potential jury pool. <span id=\"more-21046\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Peterson has pleaded innocent to first-degree murder in the 2004 death of his ex-wife, Kathleen Savio. He&#8217;s been named a suspect but isn&#8217;t charged in the 2007 disappearance of his fourth wife, Stacy Peterson.
