The second round was led by Qualcomm (<a href=\"http:\/\/finance.paidcontent.org\/paidcontent?Page=QUOTE&#038;Ticker=QCOM\" class=\"ticker\" title=\"QCOM\">NSDQ: QCOM<\/a>) Ventures with and participation from existing investors Worldview Technology Partners, ATA Ventures, Vesbridge Partners and Emergence Capital Partners. <\/p>\n<p>The company&#8217;s MobilityCentral software is used by more than 150 companies, including Dole, Trident Seafoods and Manson Construction. Previously, Visage Mobile had raised $90 million to provide management systems to MVNOs, including Disney (<a href=\"http:\/\/finance.paidcontent.org\/paidcontent?Page=QUOTE&#038;Ticker=DIS\" class=\"ticker\" title=\"DIS\">NYSE: DIS<\/a>) Mobile and Embarq. But after that market imploded, <a href=\"http:\/\/moconews.net\/article\/419-how-one-company-survived-the-mvno-implosion\/\" title=\"Visage was forced to retool its business\">Visage was forced to retool its business<\/a>. In October 2007, it used some of its cash to acquire a start-up called Agistics and also sold some assets to Convergys. Those two events, plus restructuring its commitments to investors, gave it the ability to start from scratch.
