The loan was later adjusted to $3.35 million and was to be secured by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zillow.com\/homedetails\/6629-S-Pecos-Rd-Las-Vegas-NV-89120\/7153409_zpid\/\">Newton&#8217;s 38-acre ranch, Casa de Shenandoah<\/a>, plus a private jet valued at $2 million.
