The good news?  The exterior receives a complete re-do, complete with \u201cangy samurai\u201d grille and really big headlights.  The four door body style shown here won\u2019t offend anyone, and the car might be mistaken for the latest Volvo since the lines are somewhat S40ish.  The interior looks decent, sporting a two tone dash and door panel combo.  The half digital, half analog instruments make the Aveo look like a more expensive car than it really is.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"more-38348\"><\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_38354\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"width: 510px\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ridelust.com\/2012-chevy-aveo-still-crap-but-now-with-10-less-ugly\/2012-chevy-aveo-interior-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-38354\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ridelust.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012-Chevy-Aveo-interior-2.jpg\" alt=\"2012 Chevy Aveo\" title=\"2012 Chevy Aveo interior 2\" width=\"500\" height=\"291\" class=\"size-full wp-image-38354\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">New interior designed not to rattle on the dealer&#8217;s lot.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>So what\u2019s the bad news?  It\u2019s still based on a Daewoo platform that all the up-contenting in the world won\u2019t fix.
