It doesn&#8217;t look good,&#8221;<\/em> a voice can be heard saying.<\/p>\n<p>The voice on the tape &#8211; which is believed to be a Los Angeles Fire Department EMT calling ahead to the UCLA Medical Center in Santa Monica &#8211; could even be used as new evidence in the upcoming criminal trial of MJ&#8217;s  personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray.
