The 6,000 sq ft Mediterranean-style home is walled and gated and sits on the end of N. Beverly Drive on nearly five acres.\u00a0 An enormous living room contains a fireplace with huge windows and French doors and a spacious hardwood-paneled den has a marble fireplace and custom cabinetry. Speaking of fireplaces, there are four in the home. There is a separate two-bedroom guest house on the property, plus a lagoon-style pool and tennis court (see more photos of Stone’s home<\/a>, which is not furnished).<\/p>\n

According to Real Estalker, Stone never lived in the home and it was put on the market and taken off regularly. First, Stone bought it for $10,995,000 in March 2006, but she evidently came down with a big case of buyer’s remorse since she put it on the market four months later for $12,500,000. After a few de-listings and re-listings, the home disappeared from the market, but came back on in 2008 for $10 million. With no buyers, Stone rented it for a while at a clip of $35,000 a month. Once the tenant moved out last fall, Stone put it back on the market for $8,995,000.<\/p>\n
