A new global Ford Ranger <a href=\"http:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/2010\/02\/23\/spy-shots-next-gen-ford-ranger-global-quad-cab-spotted\/\">is in the works<\/a>, though we have good reason to doubt that will replace the model currently available in North America.
