TMZ reports that Green took a $2 million mortgage with SunTrust Mortgage in 2006, but Green fell behind on payments and owes $71,251.42 as of January 26, 2010. As a result, SunTrust has begun foreclosure proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>However, Green&#8217;s rep this is part of a calculated plan in which Green is trying to sell the house via a short sale. Either way, Green is evidently not making payments and is trying to sell his house.
