I took the advice offered in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thekitchn.com\/thekitchn\/tips-techniques\/10-tips-to-make-your-dishwasher-run-better-104328\">holiday dishwasher post<\/a> about using vinegar and keeping the dishwasher clean.  <\/p>\n<p>I prefer to use eco-alternative or naturally derived dishwasher soap, but no matter what I do I can&#8217;t get my dishes to come out without a whiteish residue that feels like powder when it dries.  Can your readers recommend an eco-brand that actually works?
