This doesn&#8217;t make her the biggest boat period, but it definitely does leave her with the title of the world&#8217;s largest solar-powered boat.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"lytebox\" href=\"http:\/\/cache.gawkerassets.com\/assets\/images\/4\/2010\/02\/planetsolar-worldmap-2009-v2011-1680x1050.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cache.gawkerassets.com\/assets\/images\/4\/2010\/02\/500x_planetsolar-worldmap-2009-v2011-1680x1050.jpg\" class=\"left image500\" width=\"500\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>PlanetSolar will be formally and officially launched in April of this year, but her maiden world tour will wait until 2011. I just wish I could tag along.
