Clinical researches have revealed that there is a correlation between consumption of alcohol and overweight after menopause. One of the most important things is to keep good physical shape. Supporting muscle tone will allow avoiding the fat storage. Physical exercises (even walking) will help to improve blood circulation.<\/p>\n<p>There are many various diets specially created for women in the menopause stage.
