{"id":368569,"date":"2010-02-27T02:21:50","date_gmt":"2010-02-27T07:21:50","guid":{"rendered":"tag:www.vegan-food.net:\/\/8300004b56f5288c6d0f77f3832006b6"},"modified":"2010-02-27T02:21:50","modified_gmt":"2010-02-27T07:21:50","slug":"spinach-quiche-raw-quiche-vegetable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mereja.media\/index\/368569","title":{"rendered":"Spinach Quiche (Raw)( Quiche &#8211; Vegetable )"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Daily Random Recipe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul><UL><br \/>\n<LI>1 lb \/ 450 g spinach<br \/>\n<LI>1 cup flaxseed soaked in 2 cups water<br \/>\n<LI>1 cup <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vegan-food.net\/recipe\/299\/Almond\/Mayonnaise\/\">Almond Mayonnaise<\/a><br \/>\n<LI>1\/2 cup pignoli nuts<br \/>\n<LI>1\/4 cup lemon juice<br \/>\n<LI>1 garlic clove<br \/>\n<LI>2 T Braggs<br \/>\n<LI>3 T agar flakes<br \/>\n<LI>1\/2 bunch scallions, minced<br \/>\n<LI>4 T fresh dill, minced<\/p>\n<p>\n<LI>1 1\/2 cups walnuts<br \/>\n<LI>1 T Braggs<br \/>\n<LI>1 garlic clove<br \/>\n<\/UL><\/ul>\n<p \/><strong>METHOD:<\/strong><br \/>Heat agar flakes in one cup water until dissolved. Set aside.<br \/>\n\t<P>Wash and finely mince spinach in processor with S blade. Set aside.<br \/>\n\t<P>Process last three ingredients and press into 10 inch \/ 25 cm pie plate.<br \/>\n\t<P>Pour off one cup mixed flaxseed liquid and blend with pignoli nuts, lemon juice, one clove garlic and Braggs. Combine minced spinach, almond mayonnaise and above flaxseed mixture and agar mixture in a bowl. Mix well, adding scallions and dill. Pour into shell.
