The CEC <A HREF=\"http:\/\/www.cepro.com\/article\/california_postpones_vote_on_tv_energy_standards\/\">has delayed a meeting<\/A> wherein it was to discuss the possible implementation of a ban of sorts on the sale of energy-hogging televisions.
