Pool report"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Update&#8230;..<\/em><\/p>\n<p>President Obama&#8217;s 2010 physical shows he is &#8220;fit for duty.&#8221;Click  <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.suntimes.com\/sweet\/2010\/02\/obamas_2010_physical_test_deta.html\">here<\/a> for the story on the medical report and links to the pdf of the report and my story about Obama&#8217;s 2008 physical.<\/p>\n<p>\nPool report #1<br \/>\nFeb. 28, 2010<\/p>\n<p>President Barack Obama met with wounded members of the military and  <br \/>\ngot a routine physical today at the National Naval Medical Center in  <br \/>\nBethesda, Md.<\/p>\n<p>The president arrived by helicopter at the facility at about 6:40 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>His physical was performed by Dr. Jeff Kuhlman, a navy captain and  <br \/>\nhead of the White House medical unit, said Press Secretary Robert Gibbs.<\/p>\n<p>Some preliminary testing had taken place earlier, and the physical  <br \/>\nlasted about an hour and a half.<\/p>\n<p>Kuhlman reccomended Obama get his next physical in August 2011, when  <br \/>\nhe turns 50, Gibbs said.<\/p>\n<p>Obama also visited 12 service members who were injured in Iraq or  <br \/>\nAfghanistan, he said.<\/p>\n<p>Obama left the hospital a little before 9:30 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Katie Brandenburg<br \/>\nThe Houston Chronicle<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Update&#8230;..
