McKinney, 50, who also uses the name Clarence D. <span id=\"more-21584\"><\/span>McKinney, faces a maximum eight-year sentence on the charges, handed down in Lake County Superior Court.<\/p>\n<p>\nAuthorities said the victim was on the back porch with his girlfriend on Aug. 10 in the 4500 block of Henry Avenue and gave her a hug, provoking McKinney.<\/p>\n<p>\nAn argument ensued, and McKinney walked to his truck.
