A fourth employee also faced charges but was not  convicted.<\/p>\n<p>In the video, students filmed and uploaded a clip of them bullying an  autistic classmate, a clip that Google called \u201ctotally reprehensible\u201d  in <a href=\"http:\/\/googleblog.blogspot.com\/2010\/02\/serious-threat-to-web-in-italy.html\" >a blog post this morning<\/a>.
