{"id":375480,"date":"2010-03-01T11:24:02","date_gmt":"2010-03-01T16:24:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/chicagopressrelease.com\/press-releases\/bail-denied-career-thief"},"modified":"2010-03-01T11:24:02","modified_gmt":"2010-03-01T16:24:02","slug":"bail-denied-%e2%80%98career-thief%e2%80%99","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mereja.media\/index\/375480","title":{"rendered":"Bail denied \u2018career thief\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><h3><\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<p>A Sauk Village teen who police call a &#8220;career thief&#8221; was ordered held without bail on felony burglary charges filed after DNA testing link him to blood found on a broken window at a 2009 burglary. <\/p>\n<p>Henry Johnson, 18, was charged Friday with felony residential burglary, Chicago police said. <\/p>\n<p>Johnson is alleged to have broken into a residence in the 6500 block of South Hoyne in the Englewood neighborhood on March 30, 2009, police said. <span id=\"more-21630\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The homeowner later found $7,000 worth of electronics and jewelry missing, police said. Evidence technicians gathered blood found on a broken rear window, which indicated a positive DNA match for Johnson, police said. <\/p>\n<p>Johnson has a history of arrests for burglary and theft, police said.
