We&#8217;ve posted a link to the video below the fold.<span id=\"more-6686\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Amyris, using a process developed at the University of California &#8211; Berkeley, has created a sugar-based hydrocarbon molecules that can be converted into greener jet fuel, industrial chemicals or biodiesel. <a href=\"http:\/\/link.brightcove.com\/services\/player\/bcpid42529855001?bctid=66845432001\" >See\u00a0 here to see the video<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Last month U.S. venture capital firm Stratus Group\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/idUSN1023756820100210\" >invested 10 million reais<\/a> ($5.4 million\/\u20ac4.0 million\/ \u00a33.61 million) in Amyris&#8217;s Brazilian subsidiary.
