Much of this\u00a0 energy comes from the <strong>Salt Factory<\/strong>, a lively gastropub that draws a younger crowd for its good beers and unpretentious pub fare. Now the trio behind Salt Factory &#8212; <strong>Hicham Azhari, Fikret Kovac<\/strong> and chef <strong>Richard Wilt<\/strong> &#8212; have opened <a href=\"http:\/\/www.incstreetfood.com\/\"><strong>Inc. Street Food<\/strong><\/a> a couple of doors down with a Latin American menu that focuses on tacos and <em>bocaditos<\/em> (small plates).<\/p>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s so street about the food?<\/strong> Not much, really. The menu was &#8220;inspired&#8221; by the kinds of dishes served out of food trucks, but it&#8217;s your basic contempo-taqueria with a few nods to actual truck-food classics.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2655\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"width: 310px\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2655\" title=\"incjpeg\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.ajc.com\/food-and-more\/files\/2010\/03\/incjpeg-300x196.jpg\" alt=\"incjpeg\" width=\"300\" height=\"196\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Courtesy of Inc.
