On Monday, TV Land ordered 10 episodes of its first original sitcom, Hot in Cleveland<\/em>, a new comedy featuring an all-star cast of veteran small screen stars: Valerie Bertinelli, Wendie Malick, Jane Leeves, and the adorable Betty White.<\/p>\n

The series revolves around three eccentric fortysomething best friends from Los Angeles (Bertinelli, Leeves, Malick) who end up stuck in Ohio after their vacation to Paris is temporarily derailed. The girls decide to stay in Cleveland when they realize the locals consider them glamorous. Betty plays an opinionated old grump who lives in a cottage adjacent to the trio’s rental home.<\/p>\n
