{"id":379765,"date":"2010-03-02T10:13:18","date_gmt":"2010-03-02T15:13:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/chicagopressrelease.com\/press-releases\/trucker-suffers-heart-attack-crashes"},"modified":"2010-03-02T10:13:18","modified_gmt":"2010-03-02T15:13:18","slug":"trucker-suffers-heart-attack-crashes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mereja.media\/index\/379765","title":{"rendered":"Trucker suffers heart attack, crashes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><h3><\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<p>A trucker died after apparently suffering a heart attack early Tuesday while driving a semi on Interstate 80 near the Cline Avenue exit, Indiana State Police said. <\/p>\n<p>Witnesses described seeing the semi begin to swerve about 1:43 a.m. on I-80 just west of the Cline Avenue exit before suddenly veering off the road and crashing into a utility pole, state police said. <span id=\"more-21705\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Trucker Lawrence D. Reed, of Canton Ohio and who turned 51 Tuesday, was taken to St. Catherine&#8217;s Hospital in East Chicago, Ind., where he was pronounced dead of a cardiac arrest, state police said. <\/p>\n<p>No other cars were involved in the incident and no one else was injured, police said. <\/p>\n<p>Damage to the semi, owned by W.L.
