That figure continues to grow as the state tries to figure out how to handle a growing budget deficit. <span id=\"more-21744\"><\/span>The university is among agencies, school districts and other organizations around the state that aren&#8217;t getting paid. <\/p>\n<p>Just a few weeks ago, Ikenberry said he anticipated tuition would need to be raised by about 9 percent.
