In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.<\/p>\n
The President will travel to Savannah, Georgia for the next stop on the White House to Main Street Tour. The departure from the South Lawn and the arrival to Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, Georgia are open press. While in Savannah, the President will tour a workforce development program at Savannah Technical College. The tour is travel pool coverage. Following the tour, the President will deliver remarks on creating jobs and strengthening the economy at Savannah Technical College. This event is open to pre-credentialed media. <\/p>\n
Later, the President will tour a manufacturing facility and a local small business which will be travel pool coverage.<\/p>\n
The President will return to Washington, DC later in the evening. The departure from Hunter Army Airfield and the arrival at the White House are open press.<\/p>\n
At 5:30PM EST, Secretary of Education Arne Duncan and Domestic Policy Advisor Melody Barnes will hold a live video chat through Facebook and WhiteHouse.gov on the Student Aid and Fiscal Responsibility Act and the Obama Administration push to reform student loans.<\/p>\n
