{"id":382294,"date":"2010-03-02T16:38:00","date_gmt":"2010-03-02T20:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6613359141845270284.post-6017015825301417261"},"modified":"2010-03-12T00:26:07","modified_gmt":"2010-03-12T04:26:07","slug":"destress-with-success","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mereja.media\/index\/382294","title":{"rendered":"Destress With Success!!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"color: black;\">Who is the most successful person you know?<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">If you could pick one person, who you think is the most successful person in the world, who would you pick?<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">I would pick my Mom, and I will tell you why, in a minute.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">Now that you have chosen someone, why do you think that they are successful?&nbsp; What makes them successful in your eyes?<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">Is it because they make more money than anyone?<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">Is it because they have more things than anyone else you know?<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">Is it because they have the career that you would love?<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">This is a great question to ask yourself because you may evaluate what success is for you.&nbsp; When we know how we define success we then know what we want to work towards.&nbsp; <\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">What does success have to do with &#8216;destressing yourself&#8217;?&nbsp; Well, I&#8217;ll tell you.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">One of the reasons that you may be unhappy is because you do not think that you are successful.&nbsp; When we are unhappy, we are stressed.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">If you are unhappy because you think that you are unsuccessful then it would make sense to set goals to obtain what you define as success.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">When we feel successful we then feel destressed.&nbsp; It helps us with stress relief.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">So, make a list of all the things or characteristics, that the successful person has, and set some goals to work towards your success.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">Make sense?<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">The reason I picked my Mom is because she is the most loving, kind, giving, and forgiving person I know.&nbsp; Her only intention is to help.&nbsp; If anyone ever gets mad at or offended by my Mommy it is because they did, or do, not like the way she is trying to love, or give, or help, or forgive, and that is just plain silly.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">So, success, to me, is being loving, kind, giving, and forgiving, which, by the way, is one great formula for happiness.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">So, destress yourself with success.&nbsp; <\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/destressyourself.com\/\">Elizabeth<\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: black;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><br style=\"color: #cfe2f3;\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"blogger-post-footer\"><img width='1' height='1' src='https:\/\/blogger.googleusercontent.com\/tracker\/6613359141845270284-6017015825301417261?l=destressyourself.blogspot.com' alt='' \/><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Who is the most successful person you know?
