{"id":383160,"date":"2010-03-03T03:57:58","date_gmt":"2010-03-03T08:57:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/opiniojuris.org\/?p=11563"},"modified":"2010-03-03T03:57:58","modified_gmt":"2010-03-03T08:57:58","slug":"tim-mccormack-appointed-icc-advisor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mereja.media\/index\/383160","title":{"rendered":"Tim McCormack Appointed ICC Advisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>by Kevin Jon Heller <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I am delighted to announce that Luis Moreno-Ocampo has appointed my friend and colleague <a  href=\"http:\/\/www.law.unimelb.edu.au\/index.cfm?objectid=F9D2D075-B0D0-AB80-E2BC989969E28989&amp;username=Tim%20McCormack\">Tim McCormack<\/a> to be the Office of the Prosecutor&#8217;s Special Adviser on International Humanitarian Law.\u00a0 From the announcement:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Professor McCormack, from the Melbourne Law School at the University of Melbourne will help the Office of the Prosecutor to develop a solid understanding of complex legal issues such as indiscriminate attack, proportionality and command responsibility.
