Yesterday I was minding my own business when my phone says, \u201cHey! You have a new update available!\u201d<\/em><\/strong> This is fairly common, but this time I actually took a look at what was being updated. Among many other things, this update (WebOS 1.4.0) gives me video capture capabilities! Yes, video capture! Now if I need to take a quick video of something, I don\u2019t have to lug around my Kodak ZI6, I can just take a quick and dirty video from my Palm Pre! When I am done I can upload it directly to Youtube or Facebook! One word\u2026 BOOM!<\/p>\n

So I says back to my Palm Pre, \u201cHell yes I will update you brutha!\u201d<\/em><\/strong> and promptly began the install. While updating I decided to take a quick tour around Google and see what people were saying. Well it turns out this update will also add support for the Adobe Flash 10.1 beta plug-in! The plugin will be available in the app catalog. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it iPhone users!<\/p>\n
