These machines are manufactured following customer&#8217;s needs. The using of multi-positioning revolving tables, makes the cycle go faster. Also the insertion of automatic ejection systems allows you to increase the productive cycle. The loading of the pieces to be weld is usually made manually. The welders USP-ROTOR can be supplied with ultrasonic generators with power from 500 to 3000 watt, frequency of 20 or 36 Khz.<br \/>\nThe choice of the generator is made following the shape of the piece to weld.<br \/>\nThe USP&#8211;ROTOR welders are equipped with a cycle control with microprocessor.<br \/>\nThese welders are supplied with machinery guards, made of anodised aluminium tubular and transparent polycarbonate panels.
