The car is based on the existing Tata Nano platform, which is powered by a 600cc gasoline engine. The electric version of the Nano will also seat four adults and features super polymer lithium ion batteries for power.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.instablogsimages.com\/images\/2010\/03\/04\/tata-nano-ev_2_7W4gF_69.jpg\" alt=\"tata nano ev_2\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The company estimates that a fully charged battery pack will take you 160km with an acceleration of 0-60kph in under 10 seconds.
