Kendra Wilkinson is opening up about her crippling battle with postpartum depression, which the former Playboy Playmate<\/em> claims left her feeling she had “nothing to live for” after becoming a new mom last December.<\/p>\n

Wilkinson welcomed son Hank Baskett IV with her NFL star hubby, but the 24 year old struggled to adjust to motherhood and was pulled into a downward spiral of the post-baby blues, she told OK! Magazine<\/em> this week.<\/p>\n

“After giving birth, I never brushed my hair, my teeth, or took a shower. I looked in the mirror one day and was really depressed. I thought, ‘Look at me.’ I had this glamorous life in L.A., and now (in Indianapolis) I didn’t. A couple of times, I even said, ‘I just have nothing to live for.’”<\/em><\/p>\n

The ex-Girl Next Door<\/em> did manage to find one way to fight her way out of the funk — sex.<\/p>\n

“[At] the doctor’s appointment following up on everything, he goes, ‘Have you guys had sex?’”<\/em> Kendra explains. “This was, like, five weeks after. We were like, ‘I guess we have to be honest. Yes, we did.’ And he’s like, ‘Ugh! You can’t do that!’”<\/em><\/p>\n
