Hot on the news of Toyota offering strong March incentives<\/a> to recover from a horrible February, General Motors announced that it will be offering a 0 percent \/ 60-month financing program on most of its 2010 model vehicles.<\/p>\n GM’s vice president for U.S. marketing Susan Docherty said that the company was not chasing Toyota and had previous plans of offering the incentive.<\/p>\n \u201cThat was our plan prior to hearing about what Toyota was going to do.
