Bigelow wrote:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Two San Diego biotechs, Adamis Pharmaceuticals and La Jolla Pharmaceutical, said <a href=\"http:\/\/biz.yahoo.com\/e\/100304\/admp.ob8-k.html\">today they have agreed to terminate their merger agreement<\/a>, which was signed three months ago. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ljpc.com\/pressrelease\/030310.htm\">The Nasdaq market also delisted La Jolla Pharmaceutical <\/a>today, saying the company is operating only as a &#8220;public shell&#8221; with minimal assets and operations.
