The partnership, with the Phoenix-based Translational Genomics Research Institute and U.S. Oncology in\u00a0 Woodands, TX, will sequence the genomes of patients with what is known as “triple-negative” breast cancer, which about one-fifth of women with the disease have, and which doesn’t respond to targeted therapies like Roche’s trastuzumab (Herceptin).<\/p>\n
