An expert in metallization development and techniques using vacuum deposition and\/or electro-deposition is needed to play a core role in the advancement of thermoelectric device production. The key function of this position is to lead the production-level advancement of the contact metallization and device assembly. This position requires significant hands-on experience in metallization in addition to conducting tests on contact resistance, stress tests, thermal cycling and reliability\/durability testing of contact layers. Prior experience with soldering to thermoelectric materials up to 700C is desirable.<\/p>\n

Requirements: a MS or Ph.D. in Material Science or Chemistry with at least five years of direct experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates with significant contact metallization and joining experience in a production environment.
