While Netflix has tried to spin this as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.techdirt.com\/articles\/20100120\/1853427844.shtml\">benefiting customers<\/a> it appears plenty of customers see otherwise.  Specifically, at least one customer has <a href=\"http:\/\/gothamist.com\/2010\/03\/05\/manhattan_woman_sues_netflix.php\" >filed a class action lawsuit against both Warner Bros. and Netflix<\/a>, alleging that this is restraint of trade and has decreased the value of a Netflix subscription (thanks to Eric for sending this over).
