It features a vertical sack lifting device, rotation head and an adjustable sack layer guide for precise overlapped or non overlapped sack placement and a perfect vertical pallet stack. The sack lifting system is integrated within the guarded palletiser boundary to save floor space and so that the system can be positioned almost immediately after the discharge point on the filling and closing line. The GRS palletiser can also be delivered as a semi automatic version without empty pallet magazine and roller conveyor. In this version the empty pallet is placed on the floor and the finished pallet removed by hand pallet truck. <\/p>\n<p>Arodo also manufacture palletising systems. The range of palletising systems of Arodo comprises the GR and DS type and the robot palletiser. The benefits of the Arodo palletising systems are:<br \/>\nEmpty pallet magazine with fork mechanism to release the lowest pallet.<br \/>\nAn electromechanical device positions the empty pallet in the loading position. In this way no jams occur during the transport of the pallet from the magazine to the loading position.<br \/>\nSide pressure bars surround each layer during transfer to the pallet.<br \/>\nHigh pallet stability by pressing of each layer under the stripper table.
