Sent in by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.techdirt.com\/profile.php?u=johnjac\">johnjac<\/a>, apparently the University of Texas <a href=\"http:\/\/freakonomics.blogs.nytimes.com\/2009\/09\/04\/disneyland-and-the-texas-tower\/\" >charges a local painter a fee for selling paintings of its main building, the Texas Tower<\/a>.
