For instance, &#8220;Poor and bludgeoned by debt accrued over four years of college \u2013 but otherwise healthy \u2013 medical insurance just isn&#8217;t in the cards for aspiring-artist Joanna Zobjeck,&#8221; the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thenorthwestern.com\/article\/20091111\/OSH0101\/911110452\/1987\/OSHopinion\/Young--uninsured-and-leery-of-insurance\" >Oshkosh (Wis.)
