While those living in the developed world have access to electronic water purifiers, people residing in the developing and the underdeveloped nations don\u2019t have many alternatives.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Researchers have now tried to find ways to help these people drink purified water using nothing more than seeds from the Moringa oleifera tree. The tree, which is often described as the \u201cworld\u2019s most useful tree,\u201d produces seeds which can produce a 90 to 99.99 percent bacterial reduction in previously untreated water.<\/p>\n<p>The purification process involves grinding the seeds into a paste and mixing that with untreated water. The paste particles then bind with impurities and settle to the bottom.
