Ha! Lindsay Lohan has filed a $100 million lawsuit against E-Trade, because she believes that a milkaholic, boyfriend-swipping baby named Lindsay featured in their latest commercial is a caricature of her, The New York Post<\/a><\/em> has learned.<\/p>\n

We know she’s hard-up for cash — and of course cocaine doesn’t purchase itself — but this is rich! <\/span><\/p>\n

The Super Bowl ad — which debuted as part of the long-running series starring babies who play the stock market — features a boy apologizing to his girlfriend via video chat for not calling her the night before. <\/p>\n

“And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn’t over?”<\/em> the baby girl asks him suspiciously.<\/p>\n

Lindsay’s attorney argues that ala Madonna or Beyonce, his client is famous enough to be known by just her first name — forget the other zillion and five Lindsays born between 1980 and 1990!<\/p>\n

“Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit. They used the name Lindsay. They’re using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn’t they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody’s talking about it and saying it’s Lindsay Lohan.” <\/em><\/p>\n

LiLo — who was recently fired from her gig as artistic advisor to French fashion house Ungaro — wants $50 million in exemplary damages and another $50 million in compensatory damages.<\/p>\n
