“I think he’s the most handsome dog I’ve ever seen,”<\/em> says Dane Andrew, who owns the toothless, Mohawked Rascal. “People just say, ‘Your dog is ugly’. So we just go with it and have fun with it. He’s the best at what he does, I guess. He’s ugly.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Rascal — the pooch with a face only a true dog lover can adore — is a descendent of Chi Chi, the Guinness Book record holder for winning the most ugly dog contests.<\/p>\n
