Was the E-Trade milkaholic baby named Lindsay modeled after Lindsay Lohan?<\/h3>\n

\"\"<\/a>That’s what Lohan is saying<\/a>, and she is suing! Lohan’s attorney, Stephanie Ovadia, says that E-Trade is inserting Lindsay’s name to subliminally make you think of Lindsay Lohan during the ad. She also says that Lindsay has single name recognition such as Madonna or Beyonce.<\/p>\n

A spokesman Grey Group, producers of the E-Trade commercial, is laughing off the allegations insisting that the name was simply chosen because it’s “a popular baby name that happened to be the name of someone on the account team.”<\/p>\n

Lohan’s team wants the ad, which debuted during the Super Bowl, pulled and killed. Ovadia says that Lohan’s “name and characterization” were used without her approval and that she is owed a whopping $100 MILLION in damages!!<\/p>\n

Do you think she is on to something? Did you think of Lindsay Lohan when you first saw the ad? Honestly, I think I did! And for the record, I looked up popular baby names right now, and Lindsay wasn’t even in the top 100 for baby girl names… Opinions??<\/p>\n
