The conference is hosted by the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD) and is being held in Chicago. <\/p>\n<p>Each year at this conference, Franklin Street acts as concierge, so we need an intern to help us prepare by:<\/p>\n<p>Researching the Chicago area<br \/>\nContacting the board of tourism for information<br \/>\nResearching several local concierge services to hire<br \/>\nBecoming knowledgeable on the best restaurants, shops, and attractions\/sites in the Chicago area that would best fit the audience at the conference<br \/>\nHelping with any research, planning, or scheduling involved with conference materials<br \/>\nKeeping a running record of all information gathered to be used at the conference.<\/p>\n<p>The internship position here at Franklin Street is public relations and marketing related, focusing mainly on event planning and scheduling, so it would be most beneficial for a student looking to go into event planning.<\/p>\n<p>Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.<\/p>\n<p>Sarah Simon, Account Manager<br \/>\nFranklin Street Marketing<br \/>\nInteractive .
