Say goodbye to ho-hum hummus and try this recipe that will keep your metabolism running efficiently and kick those sugar cravings to the curb. <\/p>\n<p>The slightly crunchy, mildly nutty flavour of sunflower seeds, coupled with a little curry spice is a match made in heaven, just spread it on a cucumber slice or brown rice cracker. The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thatsfit.ca\/search\/?q=good%20fat%20\">good fat <\/a>in sunflower seeds is what I love most about this recipe.<\/p>\n<p>If you are a regular reader of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thatsfit.ca\/\" >That&#8217;s Fit.ca<\/a>, then you are most likely well aware of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thatsfit.ca\/2009\/12\/31\/5-healthy-snacks-in-less-than-five-minutes\/\" >benefits of snacking<\/a>.
