This is essentially what the MOFCOM of China and DOC<br \/>\nof US did in their new \u201cReport on the Statistical Discrepancy of Merchandise<br \/>\nTrade Between the United States and <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\"><\/p>\n<p>China<\/p>\n<p><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>\u201d, which was issued on March 4<sup>th <\/sup>(English version <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mofcom.gov.cn\/accessory\/201003\/1267753119067.pdf\">here<\/a>; Chinese version <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mofcom.gov.cn\/accessory\/201003\/1267753095106.pdf\">here<\/a>).
