Lohan reportedly wants US$100-million in damages and an injunction to force the ad off the air.<\/p>\n<p>Her lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, told <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nypost.com\/p\/news\/national\/lohan_such_baby_jVdQWABj9z0MgXzCv1Nh1O\" >the New York Post<\/a> that Lohan has the same single-name recognition as Oprah or Madonna.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMany celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit. They used the name Lindsay,\u201d she said. \u201cThey\u2019re using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn\u2019t they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message.
