The new platform will underpin the next-generation Quattroporte sedan and the GranTurismo coupe and convertible, according to a report by <em>Inside Line<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Insiders say that the new platform will have &#8220;high aluminum content&#8221; to reduce weight of current Maserati models.
