I want to have a friendly, efficient&quot; Transportation<br \/>\nDepartment, said Councilman Tom LaBonge. &quot;If someone says &#8216;I got a ticket,&#8217;<br \/>\nhenceforth, &#8216;from a failed meter,&#8217; we want to know about that, because<br \/>\nwe don&#8217;t do that.&quot;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>What do you think the city is doing?
