Rod Blagojevich want his corruption trial delayed until November.<\/p>\n<p>In a filing today, Blagojevich&#8217;s attorneys contend they cannot<br \/>\nadequately prepare to defend him without knowing what the U.S. Supreme<br \/>\nCourt will do in its handling of the &quot;honest services&quot; fraud law.
